The fitness center could use proper maintenance as equipment was rusty!!! Adding air conditioning in rooms would improve comfort during warmer days!!! Additional charges for parking and room safes were unwelcome surprises!!!

I had the grandest time! The spa treatments were absolutely mighty, especially the Swedish massage. The food was top-notch in the restaurants, but I found the breakfast a bit pricey. a proper treat worth every cent! Can't wait to go back!

the botanical garden was truly amazin and made my stay super enjoyable. the spa facilities were really good, perfect for relaxin. the staff were friendly and welcoming, big shoutout to raymondo at the siddharta bar! our apartment was comfy and well-equipped. loved that it was a short bus ride to funchal, so easy to explore the area.
the only downside was that the room had a bit of an unstable bed. also, some of the food at the restaurant was on the pricier side.

The staff were very friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a room with our own little garden, making our experience much cozier. The breakfast offered many healthy choices, with an excellent array of fresh options each morning.
